Upgrades and Cancellations:


You need to login to the billing system

Click on "My Services".
To the right of the due date, click on the small icon

At the bottom of the page, click on "Upgrade or Downgrade package" to Upgrade or Downgrade.  Click on that icon and follow the instructions. To cancel, click on the Request Cancelation Icon.
